The Barracuda Honesuki is an innovative hybrid butchery tool, blending the curved tip of a traditional breaking knife with the tall heel of a honesuki. This knife combines impressive sturdiness with a finely tapered edge. Its exceptional fit and finish are matched by an exquisite octagonal handle crafted from rosewood and maple ferrule.
This knife has been stone polished by Rockchop Knife Co. 
Can not be sold as new due to use and polish. 
Core steel will patina with use.
