Green Stag Forge — Gyuto Forged Isles Collection

Forged by Shaun at Greenstag Forge and finished at Rockchop.

This piece retains a raw, forged character through the cladding and surface. During finishing, I chose to preserve height and structure rather than chase cosmetic uniformity.

Edge geometry is stable and performance-focused, with a pronounced distal taper giving strength at the heel and control towards the tip.

Offered as a character piece — honest, functional, and priced accordingly.

The Forged Isles collection showcases knives forged by makers working across the British Isles.

Some pieces are fully finished collaborations, while others are presented closer to their forged state. The aim is simply to give these knives a platform while respecting the individuality of each maker’s work.
