Voucher T&Cs

Knife Sharpening Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption Period

This voucher is valid for redemption within 12 months from the date of issue.

2. Service Offered

This voucher entitles the bearer to have up to three (3) knives sharpened by Rock Chop Knife Company during the redemption period.

3. Exclusions

This voucher does not cover the sharpening of single bevel knives.
Rock Chop Knife Company will not accept knives that are chipped, bent, or broken for sharpening under this voucher.

4. Additional Services

Any additional services, such as repairing chipped or damaged knives, are not included in this voucher and will be subject to additional charges.

5. Appointment Scheduling

To redeem this voucher, the bearer must schedule an appointment in advance with Rock Chop Knife Company by contacting us.

6. Knife Drop-off and Pick-up

The bearer is responsible for dropping off and picking up their knives at the designated location agreed upon during the appointment.

7. Knife Care

Rock Chop Knife Company will take utmost care while sharpening the knives. However, we are not responsible for any unforeseen damage that may occur during the sharpening process.

8. Non-transferable

This voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original voucher holder.

9. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Rock Chop Knife Company is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Treat this voucher like cash.

10. No Cash Value

- This voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services not mentioned herein.

11. Voucher Validity Extension

- Voucher validity extensions are not permitted unless approved by Rock Chop Knife Company in writing.

12. Cancellation Policy

- Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

13. Compliance with Local Laws

- By redeeming this voucher, the bearer agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the use and possession of knives.

14. Hygiene Standard

- Knives presented for sharpening should be cleaned to a hygienic standard. Additional charges may be incurred for knives that do not meet this standard.

15. Discretion

- Rock Chop Knife Company reserves the right to refuse service if the knives presented for sharpening do not meet the voucher's terms and conditions.

16. Modification of Terms

- Rock Chop Knife Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
